The sire of this colt is Grandorado TN, who became winner of the KWPN stallion performance test, second at the WC for seven-years-olds in Lanaken and who collected several top 10 places in international showjumping classes at 5* level.
Vancouver’s granddam, Rianne du Briot, produced H&M Vallonia de Reville who jumped at five-star level. Thanks to Rianne’s dam, Carlina, Vancouver de Tiji carries Olympic performance blood. In partnership with Pius Schwizer, Carlina won several World Cup classes, Nations Cups and became for instance 2nd in the Aachen GP and 12th individually at the London Olympic Games.
Vancouver de Tiji is a strong, correctly built colt, standing over a lot of ground. He has a powerful canter and can change easily.
