Thanks to the BWP Online Foal Auction, you can buy a filly by the promising Corlou PS, crossed with the Holstein lineage 4705. Corlou PS has five renowned progenitors in his pedigree: Cornet Obolensky, Baloubet du Rouet, Chacco-Blue, Cento and Argentinus. Remarkable: the Cento mare (Centina) successfully performed at 5* level (in partnership with Bruce Goodin) and her dam, Argentina, competed at 1m60 level in Aachen. Corlou PS therefore has the showjumping blood of no stranger. He himself is 7 years old and is ridden by Caroline Müller at 1* GP level.
Willemien V.D. Bokke’s dam, Bonita V.D. Bokke, belongs to the Holstein lineage 4705, this is the breeding family of Catoki and Levantos I and II. Bonita’s oldest ‘VD Bokke descendant’, Rocky Star VD Bokke, competes at international showjumping classes for five-year-olds. Vienna VD Bokke, a full sister to Rocky Star, was sold during the BWP Online Foal Auction last year. Bonita’s granddam, Inka VI, produced two performers out of the international 1m60 circuit, namely Chiron S (5*, Rolf-Göran Bengtsson) and Castros (4*, Meredith Ellis).
Willemien V.D. Bokke was in the spotlight during the national championship BWP Elite foals, and achieved the following scores: 32/40 for ‘type and correctness’, 34/40 for her movements and 16/20 for her appearance, together accounting for 82 %. Willemien is a chic type with a lot of appearance. She is a long-lined filly with a very good trot and canter.
