Valentis van Daknam is a strongly developed colt with much frame and correct legs. He covers much ground in trot and shows a well jumped canter with good push-off. He changes easily in the canter.
Valentis van Daknam is the result of crossing the 8-year-old promising BWP Young Stallion Award winner Nixon van ’t Meulenhof with a top mare from BWP dam line 32. In partnership with Harrie Smolders, Nixon performs at international 1m40 to 1m45 level. In April this year, Nixon took part in his first 5* tournament where he ended 2nd and 10th in 1m40 showjumping classes. In the arena Nixon shows a lot of scope and a brilliant hind leg technique.
The dam of Valentis van Daknam, Edelheart-M, carries directly the coveted performance blood of the top progenitor Heartbreaker and produced the international showjumpers Berlinbreaker M (performs at 1m50 level) and Herlinbreaker-M (jumps at 1m45 level). This BWP lineage 32 includes even more outstanding performers from the international circuit, including Wodan, Erodana, Belcanto, Felix van de Mispelaere, Tableautin and Insaghi.
