Valente is a well-developed filly with a strong upper line. She shows strong movements, a long striding walk and she can connect very well in trot and canter.
The sire of this filly, Cohinoor VDL, unites four top progenitors in a row in his pedigree, namely Cornet Obolensky (ex-Windows van het Costersveld), Stakkato, Contender and Graf Grannus. Ridden by the British James Billington, Cohinoor competes in international 1m40 to 1m45 showjumping classes of two and three-star level. Cohinoor jumps with great reflexes, athletic scope and good technique. In breeding he did not miss his debut either: from his first crop three sons were immediately approved.
The fact that Valente’s dam, Ayla, has performed well in sport at 1m40 to 1m45 level is an added value in any case.
