PEDIGREE HIGHLIGHTS

Try Me-K van Kattenheye’s sire is the very modern, promising stallion Prestige van het Kluizebos. The sire of Prestige is the big money earner Halifax van het Kluizebos (by Heartbreaker) with whom Lorenzo de Luca excelled for years in the toughest 5* tournaments and even once led the ranking of the best showjumpers in the world. The dam of Prestige is a full sister to the top progenitor Clinton. This mix results in the showjumping qualities ‘scope’, ‘attitude’ and ‘electricity’. In short, the young Prestige has everything to make it happen in top showjumping and breeding.

Guess de Hus, the dam of Try Me-K, is by the world champion Vigo d’Arsouilles out of Venise de Hus Z. Venise already produced Falko de Hus (°2015, by Baloubet du Rouet), who was approved as a breeding stallion for Selle Français. In the sport Falko has so far had an excellent track: as a 4-year-old qualified for the final of young horses, as a 5-year-old finalist in Fontainebleau and as a 6-year-old finalist again in Fontainebleau. Banda de Hus, the dam of Venise, completes the picture. Grégory Wathelet and Kevin Staut collected numerous victories and honourable places with Banda during 5* tournaments (1m60 level). Banda in turn produced several showjumpers from the 1m50 circuit, such as Colisee and Farouk de Hus. The BWP approved stallion Hilton de Hus also makes part of this breeding family.
