Tigermoon van de Tol’s sire is the BWP ambassador Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve. “Tangelo was a very good horse. He had a super showjumping technique. He could jump extremely and had a super attitude. His descendants usually also have a very good attitude.”, says Roelof Bril, who has ridden Tangelo up to and including international Grand Prix 1m60 level. Tangelo passes on hardness, scope, a lot of quality in the legs and a good character. Moreover, his offspring is easy to ride. Tangelo produced many showjumpers performing at the very highest level, such as Scuderia 1918 Tobago, Darry Lou, Bintang II and Hermelien van de Hooghoeve.
Through his dam, Pardencia van de Tol, Tigermoon inherited performance blood from the Olympiad stallion / top progenitor Cardento. Pardencia’s dam, Latalia van ’t Krekenhof, has competed in international eventing competitions under the sport name Casino Royale, in partnership with the Dutch rider Caresse Kolkman. In the dam line we also find the BWP ambassadors Heartbreaker and Lugano van la Roche, who guarantee top showjumping blood. The international Grand Prix showjumper Cordia de Laubry also belongs to Tigermoon’s dam line.
