During the BWP Elite Foal Auction, you can buy a son from the limited offspring of Cashpaid J&F, combined with a well-bred dam line. Cashpaid’s dam, Unschuld, produced no less than three approved stallions, namely Cashpaid, Cordial and Sunday JM (in 2021 the 1st reserve champion of the BWP stallion selection). Cashpaid and Cordial can present outstanding results at 1m60 level. In partnership with Megane Moissonnier, Cordial is successful in the five-star circuit, recently 7th in the 5* GP of Sankt-Gallen. Cashpaid jumped very creditably as a young horse under the saddle of Nathan Budd, with 6th place at the 2020 Belgian Championship showjumping for seniors as one of the highlights. The stallion was then sold to the United States where he competed at 1m40 to 1m45 level, in partnership with Karl Cook. Cashpaid passes on balance, a good canter and his excellent showjumping qualities to his offspring.
Affir CK, Armando CK’s dam, has often attracted attention as a young horse and was a finalist at the Belgian championship for six-year-olds in Gesves. Her dam, Caloma, adds extra sparkle to Armando’s pedigree. She is a KWPN elite performance dam who has jumped at Grand Prix level and is known as the dam of the international showjumpers Quasimodo Z (5*, Morten Alexander Djupvik), Genetic-Loma II SB and Hangover. Caloma is also the dam of the promising 6-year-old mare Aloma CK (who almost always jumps clear, Jeroen Verschueren). This breeding family includes even more successful showjumpers such as Caloma II, Quattro Loma SB, Amadeo van ’t Vossenhof, Zindiloma and Asterix Di Loma SB. A son of Cashpaid has already been approved by BWP: Unicum VD Donkhoeve, in 2023 laurelled as the 1st reserve champion. Who knows, in a few years Armando CK will become the second BWP approved Cashpaid son.
