Ambiorix Van Het Nederveld’s sire is the 8-year-old Junior du Seigneur. Junior has everything to make it happen in the international showjumping scene. His sire, Eternity du Seigneur, has already won several international Grands Prix and carries the performance blood of the sport mares Panama du Seigneur and Mic Mac Du Dieu Demon. The dam line of Junior du Seigneur goes back to the mare Gute Sitte, who won team bronze at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, in partnership with Eric Wauters. Junior du Seigneur made himself noticed at an early age. As a foal he won the Wallonia championship with a score of 90%. He also demonstrates his qualities in sports. In 2022 he made his international 3* debut and this year we could already see him at work in the 4* circuit.
Ambiorix’s dam, Gaminaheleen, is by BWP ambassador Tangelo Van De Zuuthoeve, a stallion that guarantees scope and easy rideability. Gaminaheleen is a descendant of the Leen lineage. This Dutch breeding family includes several approved stallions (amongst them Forum, Bolshoi and Close Harmony) and international showjumpers, such as Kyraleen, Thyraleen, Dioleen, Upper Lane and Nadyleen.
