His sire is the popular, promising BWP champion stallion Pegase van ’t Ruytershof. In 2019, Pegase won the Pavo stallion competition and in 2020 won the BWP Young Stallion Award. Under the saddle of his regular rider, Jeroen De Winter, the 8-year-old Pegase performs at international 1m45 level. Several sons of Pegase have now been approved as breeding stallions, including Tuur M, Tellini van ’t Ruytershof and Nelson Van De Kapel. Who knows, we may add Aloha Boy Van Het Gildenhof to the list in a few years.
Through his dam, Saliena Van Het Gildenhof, Aloha Boy Van Het Gildenhof is part of BWP dam line 40. Saliena is a half-sister to Bizzy Boy Van Het Gildenhof (5*, 1m60 level) and Daliena Van Het Gildenhof. Daliena is in turn the dam of the international showjumpers Gigant ‘B’ (who has performed in the 5* circuit), the 5*GP horse Kinky Boy Van Het Gildenhof (Juan Ortiz) and Mabelle.
