Anyone who buys Albert Van De Herthoek can call himself the owner of a champion foal. Albert won series 2 for male showjumping foals during the Flanders Foal Championship in Waregem. His sire is Jilbert van ’t Ruytershof, a BWP Elite stallion who collected several victories and places of honour in the international 5* circuit under the saddle of Constant Van Paesschen. Several of Jilbert’s descendants are jumping at top level, such as Night Van De Kwakkelhoek (1m60 level, Anna Dryden), N Rebel Van De Vluchtdijk (1m50 level, Luca Brunori) and Julio De Toxandria (1m50 level, John Perez Bohm).
Albert’s dam line is infused with a good dose of performance blood. His dam, Flou Artistique Birdavenue, is a full sister to Billy-Jean Birdavenue, an Eros Platière daughter who performed at international 4* 1m50 level under the saddle of Jordan Gann.
