Kalimba Of De Rocky Mounten, the dam of the auction foal, jumped at 1m30 level and produced Chica Of De Rocky Mounten, a Canterbury daughter who realized several clear rounds during international showjumping competitions for young horses last year. Chica’s half-sister, Walinka Of De Rocky Mounten, achieved high scores last year during the national BWP Elite Foal Championship, including 15/20 for appearance and 32/40 for her movements.
Akito Blue Of De Rocky Mountain is a long-legged foal with a good walk and a spacious, well carried canter, with a lot of impulsion from the hindquarters. The foal can also switch very well.
